The Training Plan
"Wow, that sounds like a lot. What's the plan?" Well, we have a plan and we got you!
Progressive Hikes: Start with easier trails and gradually challenge ourselves with longer and steeper hikes each week.
Skill Building: Learn essential hiking techniques, pacing strategies, and trail safety along the way.
Community & Support: Hike with like-minded adventurers who will encourage and motivate each other throughout the journey.
We know this works! We recently concluded Mt Si using a similar training approach, and our participants hit the trail with confidence.
